1.) Packets will be sent home with the boys from practice and they should know what they are responsible for.

2.) Each packet has information on each family’s responsibilities.

3.) A total of 14 adult tickets and 14 children tickets will be provided in each packet. If we can sell out I can print more tickets but this will generate $4,400 before the food expenses so that should still leave us with a great amount of money earned.

4.) There is a ticket sales log (this is important to keep track of so we can have a head count to purchase the food). If you could also have your child put their name on the back of each sold ticket that would be helpful.

5.) Each family is responsible for a silent auction basket (This basket can be from a local business if you want to approach a business for a donation or you can create it yourselves). These baskets will be on display at the fundraiser for the families attending to bid on them.

6.) I would like to have a bake sale and need to work out the details. I have a few bakeries I am working on getting treats donated (if anyone has any other contacts that would be great).

Between the bake sale, silent auction and food ticket sales I know this can be a great fundraiser. I am going to tell the team this but I would highly suggest calling or asking people in person to purchase tickets (feel free to ask family, friends and even neighbors!)
